Our plans:

     1.  Creating new production units and expanding the existing ones in order to provide jobs for the center alumni and homeless people as well as to ensure financial stability for the centre;

     2.  Expanding the ministry of services for the needy people; organizing a holistic social care system for homeless people which would include housing and job placement in particular;

     3.  Reconstructing and upgrading the house for the staff families living on the Center's territory; building a residential house for the created families and employees of the Centre;

     4.  Expanding the adaptation programs; starting and expanding a business department that would provide cleaning services;

     5.  Developing and expanding the youth work;

     6.  Creating a car painting workshop;

     7.  Expanding and rearranging the farm building upon increasing the number of cattle in the farm; buying professional farm equipment such as a tractor, lift plows, etc.;

     8.  The following events are planned on for 2009:
       •  24 Drug Abuse & HIV/AIDS Prevention Campaigns in towns and cities of Sverdlovsk area;
       •  6 prevention lectures for the parents of school students studying in Asbest city;
       •  2 conferences based on Mildmay program (30 attendants expected);
       •  Preparing new volunteers teams in Asbest and Sverdlovsk area to conduct prevention campaigns and visit HIV-infected people;
       •  Filming and collecting new video material on drug addiction and HIV/AIDS;
       •  Finishing and launching the media studio to be used for social and commercial purposes (recording of social projects, radio broadcasting, video editing, etc.)
